gold plates [Week 12: Use Bank Mode // & // Experiment with loop length (Part 1)]

Goooood today to you all!
This week I set myself to experiment with the loop lengths in nanoloop. I've always been a fan of music with odd rhythms, and very quickly stumbled into the idea presented in this track. I quickly realised I was running out of the space to do what I wanted to within the software, so decided to bring forward a second challenge into this week too, working with Bank Mode.
Bank Mode is a function in Nanoloop that allows you to expand the number of loops and instruments at your disposal in a single file. Still have 8 max channels, but allows up to 16 distinct loops per channel and 4 different instruments per channel (some stipulations apply, but won't bore you with them here).
Anyway, I really enjoyed writing this one. So much so I have decided that because I moved a future challenge forward into this week, thereby knocking two challenges off in a single week, I'm going to apply the same challenges to my composition next week and see what further exploring can come up with. This is the first week where what I created is the type of thing I'd want to listen in my day-to-day, so want to see where these ideas take me next!
